Refunds & Return Policies and Business terms of Service

If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your produce and / or would like to return it please contact the office on 01492 877963 within  24 hours of the delivery to allow us to rectify the issue, we will arrange a collection if required or alternatively raise a credit / organise a replacement when possible according to customer preference.

Customers who request and / or instruct for online orders to be left somewhere safe i.e. In shed, back garden, inside home do so at there own risk and understanding that driver has clearance to enter home to drop off order only.

All orders that have nowhere safe to be left will be attempted to be re delivered the next day or earliest convenience

M Hughes reserves the right to attempt delivery any time on chosen day depending on location of drop.

Customers will have to `opt out ‘of safe place to leave orders. If they do not drivers will use initiative and leave somewhere safe, and post card through letterbox to instruct customers where they can find box.

Customers will have to `opt out ‘ of substitutes, although we will make every attempt to stick to requested product sheet there maybe some variations in the `Combo Boxes` depending on seasonal availability.
